OVERVIEW
My practice philosophy is to work with patients as their coach, partner and educator. For all my practice years I have taught the Seven Basics of Natural Health:

1. Proper Diet and Nutrition
2. Proper Elimination
3. Proper Rest
4. Proper Exercise
5. Proper Attitudes, Emotions, or Thinking
6. Properly Aligned Spine and Nervous System
7. Belief in and Love of God.

If you have a health problem, you have a problem in one or more of the Seven Basics. If you want to get well, these are the bases that need to be covered. Once you get well and you want to stay well, these are the bases that need to be covered. All my patients belong to my chiropractic family. I believe the only way to treat patients is to treat each one as though he or she were my own Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, or Child.

ALLERGY ELIMINATION
My specialty is allergy elimination. I have worked with allergies for over 40 of my 50+ years. However, it is just in the last 20 years that the techniques and methods to actually eliminate allergies and not just treat them.
